This helped immensely with my anxiety. During this practice, I was able to have a healthy detachment from my anxiety and embody the other parts of me that live alongside that anxiety. To feel the support that I have already equipped within myself to care for me when anxiety is present. Thank you for this gift Nico!

Don’t usually comment because I normally watch on my tv and can’t, but the sun is out in the UK now so I did this in my garden in the sunshine with my phone and I feel so much better now. Been feeling really anxious with trying to find a new job so this came out right on time! Amazing practice as always! Thank you 🙏☮️✌️🖤

Yes, this was right on time, and I added I am sane to I am safe, because today our son is graduating from University earning his bachelor's and the phone it's been ringing off the hook and getting text messages about this and that even after I conveyed to people that I am trying to do my yoga and I will see them later 🙄, so the Box breathing at the end truly help to calm me down and keep me sane. I will be using that and the ujjayi breath throughout the day, Trust ☝🏽. Thank you Nico 🤪😊🤲🏾🙏🏽.

❤ Thank you very much! I needed to ground high energy…I now understand that the flip side of the deep anxiety I am frequently facing is lots of fire. In both cases I know I need to ground myself. This practice was perfect ❤

I’ve been diagnosed with generalized anxiety amongst other things and this was absolutely amazing. I released tears during box breathing. Breath of fresh air.
