I just ended good practice at 9:45am (9:9). And I will say it was challenging, but I modified the really difficult parts for me and felt so good afterwards. I can feel myself getting stronger, especially in my core🙏🏽💜

Dang, had to take a break with this one and I'm honestly feeling quite frustrated that I kept falling out of the poses. Holding my body weight is still really hard for me, and i have the hardest time doing core strengthening exercises. Trying to be accepting of my body but this is really bringing out some tough feelings today 😢
