I've had chronic pain for a couple of years now and no PT has given me as much relief as this session so thank you! Your voice is incredibly relaxing and all the stretches are great. But my favorite part must be the little breaks between the exercises and the two breaths at the end of each pose - I'm in a constant rush and those forced me to pause and truly relax. I'm definitely coming back to this one and looking through your channel for more. Plus, banana pose is one of my favorite but I've always done it holding onto my opposite elbows. The wrist hold made it even better ❤

I do not know how many times I've practiced this sequence both with and without you (I memorized it at some point but still visit the video from time to time for the experience...). Along with your "relax and unwind" sequence, it is my go-to stress & tension release yin practice. Thanks a lot for sharing

My spine and shoulders are tingling! This is quite the gentle workout. It is amazing to come out of a pose and have your instructor say exactly what you’re thinking: sinking into the mat like it was a cloud. Nb: has your favour chest opener: remember you can do it on your right shoulder now!

I tend to gravitate to yin classes geared for the low back and hips. This upper body class has me realizing that the upper body (neck, shoulders) holds a ton of stress for me. What an amazing class! Thank YOU!

FAKE !!! i am from India , what ever this is , its NO YOGA !!! YIN YOGA ? there is no such thing... "YIN" is at most a Chinese Term, n "Yoga" an Indian practice/procedure ...

Hi Pranav, Yin yoga is a more passive and therapeutic approach to yoga and yes, you are correct, yin yoga incorporates the principles of TCM.
