Tim is always asking us to notice the shift at the end of the practice. I really felt it today. Was feeling really overwhelmed but now, though my problems are still there, I feel like I can approach them from a calmer, better place. Thanks

Hi Tim, thank you for your practise! I live in the UK in a little village surrounded by fields and woods. I wake at 6am with the birds (except Saturdays) to join you on the mat. From day one of lockdown you've met me every morning, kept me sane and re-ignited my love of yoga. My reading is now peppered with books on yoga. Just wanted to let you know how far your teaching is reaching and how meaningful it is to us out here! Great gratitude from me.

I wish I had found this/you actually during quarantine. It's crazy to think back then, I hated yoga. I couldn't even touch my toes and I wouldn't have ever, for one second, thought that a year later, yoga would basically be all I do. Thanks again for another solid workout!

I felt my shoulders open up. My right shoulder has had chronic pain for a while now, not enough to stop me, but enough to be a bother. I love these videos so far, incredible flow. Been doing yoga for 10+ years and really happy to have finally found you, Tim! Thank you for sharing

Excellent as always. Your comment 'every inch the head is forward puts 5 pounds of pressure on that( upper middle back place)' is revelatory and extremely helpful for me. Thank you.

Such great queuing Tim. Thank you. In doing your classes online every day for nearly 2 years, and now revisiting this amazing Quarantine Challenge for the second time since March, I can feel that in 8 months the core is stronger and can do the inversion at the wall! Such great reminders to open, lengthen and strengthen, the correct way. So grateful to you and the practice. 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

Thank you so much for offering this! It's exactly what I needed to balance the stress of trying to teach my students from afar, remotely-support my colleagues, and somehow wear a home-school teacher's hat as well. With everything going on in the world, sleep has been eluding me, and I have been neglecting my practice for the last few weeks. After just one day of your quarantine challenge, I had my first solid night of sleep last night since we received the news that distance-learning & sheltering in-place would be our new reality. Thank you! (And, I definitely felt my external rotators turning on!) Be well, and stay healthy, everyone.

I felt the external rotators turn on. The strap was very helpful. Challenging, but with a great focus on upper body and some different moves. Really nice cool down at the end. Thank you so much for the Quarantine Challenge!!

Hi Tim. The band made the difference in opening and strengthening the shoulders. Thanks for this quarantine challenge, it has replaced my weekly physical therapy and it’s helping me move better and have more energy!

Yes, this Day 2 was great. I thought the use of the straps with the arms, and then the reminder, without the straps, was an excellent cue.

Hi Tim! I loved Day 2 of your quarantine challenge. The focus on the external rotation via the strap was effective! Your elbow/plank/1/2 chicken wing exercise was rad too! I appreciate you and your staff for all that you do!

Love these 40 min routines. They are so intense and involved. I love how they make me feel afterward. Yoga with you is one of my fave parts of the day. It gives you so much strength, stamina and positivity to deal with all the challenges posed by the day ahead.

I feel like every day I learn valuable nuggets of important information that helps me to tweak my body into an, albeit miniscule expression of the pose....I'm nowhere near the handstand yet, but I feel stronger and humility is a big one...thank you Tim. I love all your classes, but this one is one of the best ones! I appreciate your Classes so much . we are still on full quarantine with everything closed including most schools since December in Germany! you don't know how much your classes helped me to stay healthy ans sane ;0)

Tim, you're 100% right that we need to implement more back and shoulder exercises into our daily stretches, they are oddly challenging because of computer work! Is anyone else feeling like these challenges are harder than the 30 Day January challenges? Cuz I do! They're longer and the level is set higher. Whew!

Thanks for this video. Was so happy to practice headstand as it's one of the inversions I'm able to do and it's quite exciting to balance in this pose. And I can observe that I'm getting better at "twisted half moon" which is my own personal challenge each time you propose to practice it. Feel so much better now after a long day at work. Energy is flowing freely again. I'm glad I pushed myself to do this tonight, even if it was already 9 pm. Thank you again for this challenge and for all the things you share with this community. I'll be back tomorrow!!

Oh gosh! As a bodybuilder I am taking the rest of this quarantine and trying something newish. This is only day 2 for me......holy buckets. I have a few other bodybuilder peeps joining me on this yoga journey as well. Thank you for your classes.

Plenty of humility with some of the poses today. Thanks for always giving options to the more challenging poses. Little by little I can approach doing the more challenging poses correctly rather than Ramboing it and risking injury while missing out on the true benefit of doing the poses correcttly.

Hi Tim, I'm so grateful that you are taking the time to lead us in classes during this crazy time. To your question, i do like the shoulder stretches; I can feel my shoulder blades turning on! Some of the poses were challenging, but I appreciate the challenge; it helps me practice humility (:)) and I hope gradually improve! :) And thanks for the silly chatter about cooking... made me smile and we all need smiles. now....

The shoulder work with the belt was excellent for my rotators. I've never done that before and it really helped my torn rotator.

Yoga is new to me and handstands/headstands are a little difficult But I’ve been a American style kickboxing student for a little over a year (Very aggressive workout) It’s a relief to find balance with a workout I can do at home, on a night, quietly and without aggressive force Something challenging yet soothing Thank you 🙏

I liked the external rotation with the straps. It helped me feel more consciously what Tim was referring to. Thanks Tim

Hi Tim! Thank you so much for doing this. As soon as I saw that people were making online quarantine time workouts, I was hoping that you would do something like this. As the series goes on, it would be amazing to have these classes be 1 hr+ (similar to a class in a studio). Just subscribed to your conscious movement website, and would love to see a progressive course like the 30 day challenge, but similar in difficulty to these and a bit longer. All said, thank you again for these and looking forward to continuing!

Loved doing this. There are challenging bits and bits I could do OK, so I felt I was being pushed, but not defeated. Love the roller stuff, I could do that all day. Thanks Tim.

Hi Tim I totally felt the muscles turn on below my shoulder blades with the external rotation of the humeral head. You are right about those muscles being week which is why I have a little bit of pain in the top of my shoulder. The chiropractor says it's all related to muscle activation around the shoulder blade arm pit area. So I really appreciate you doing a practice that targets that area.

Hi Tim, what an energizing practise! I wasable to do it outside at 4°C today, while my todder was sleeping. 🤩 Had to improvise with a big piece of wood in lieu of a foamroller, but it did the job just fine. 😅 Thank you so much once again!
