It was really helpful to see someone who was a bit newer to yoga, and a bit older, to see that you don't have to immediately flip into crazy straight positions on a seconds notice and hold it for an eternity but still be good at yoga. Thanks Beth and Tim!

Great practice, it was just the right pace and challenge for me. Loved seeing Beth and hearing the story, and it was very helpful to see her doing the poses. I like the advanced yogis too, but it's inspirational and more relatable to see another human doing the poses :)

Another nice practice, I am committed to completing the 30 day challenge. I am late by a week since I began but I won’t stop now. Also I know I have to do multiple repeats of the 30 day practice to get where Beth is today! Forever grateful!

Beth is very inspiring, her story could encourage many people ! Im glad that i started practicing yoga right when i turned 30 because i kind of was like Beth working out, running but never really worked on stretching and opening up my body. My sister pushed me to do a stretching practice on your channel after running so much on the treadmill and started to feel so stiff on my legs and feet and ever since Tim i didnt stop practicing its past a year now and im so happy 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Loved having Beth showing the poses today!! I began yoga with a program that combined yoga and pilates about 4 years ago. I did feel like I was jamming into the poses and things were not flowing. I tried some other fitness programs but knew in my heart that yoga would be best for me with my back problems. I have scoliosis in 2 parts of my back. Thank goodness when I started looking for yoga videos I came across you Tim. I love, love, love how you emphasize slowing down and letting the body open more naturally through correct alignment in the poses. You have taught me so much about the body and have helped me to open mine up so much more and to really connect with it. The more correctly you learn to do the poses, the better and better you will feel with each practice. Thank you for showing the neck exercises today. I haven't seen you use those before. Beth is truly an inspiration. Thank you both

Hi Tim, this was great! I really felt the burn. I was happy to hear Beth's story. She did a great job. I am 68 working on 69 and have never felt better . I have lost 17 lbs practicing with you and my strength has improved 1000%. Compared to my friends I have the strength of wonder woman. Within the last month, I can actually raise myself in Crow pose! I have been practicing with u for about a year religiously 6 times a week. Could u explain the position of the arms in down dog? I am never quite sure about this pose. Also, I have 2 problem areas. Above my knees, the area is skinny and underneath my biceps, the skin hangs. I see this in younger people also. I am trying to get ready for bikini season! just kidding! Really enjoyed the instruction in this practice about how to improve the strength and alignment in the neck; with so much computer time, this is one of my concerns. Also, enjoyed watching Beth and hearing her story - more please - like seeing a "regular" person do the poses who is not a yoga instructor.

Hi Tim It was great having having a regular human being like Beth - in contrast to the inhumanly flexible Caroline! I think it changed the way you taught a little bit, maybe you were a little more sensitive to the fact you weren't talking to another yoga teacher. A couple of suggestions/observations: you do realise that when you're explaining something, and your model is holding a complicated pose, that half of us are back on the mat long before the explanation ends! Also I'm still struggling with the "rotate in, rotate out" thing. Rotate in is like rotate forward? Maybe varying the description might help people like me whoget this strange mental picture everytime you say "rotate in/out" 😀 Loving the challenge, thank you so much.

Tim, I'm having a TON of trouble leaning forward even the tiniest bit when trying Upavistha Konasana. My back is straight up. Do you have any videos or suggestions for things to help towards this, or should I just stick with practicing this pose itself? I feel like my forward fold itself has progressed pretty well. Inspiring, thanks to both of you. Tim, qq on the name of the posture you often have following the plank? Today it sounded like the sphinx, but when you do it yourself, it sounds like ahsfings, so I'm confused 😁 Now the real question - I like it also the other way round, using the plank to balance out after sphinx or seal, especially in Yin yoga. But I cannot explain it (agreed, not everrything needs also be explainable), so just: is this a valuable alternative? Om mani padme hum.
