Welcome to 20 minute Gentle Evening Yoga - this is a slow and relaxing full-body yoga stretch that you can do in the evening before bed to prepare for sleep or anytime during the day as well when you feel like you need a slower practice. A yoga mat is optional for this yoga practice, you can also do it on the carpet :) No other props needed but if you have yoga blocks, you can use them under the knees in Reclined Bound Angle Pose.
