Welcome to 20 minute Gentle Evening Yoga - this is a slow and relaxing full-body yoga stretch that you can do in the evening before bed to prepare for sleep or anytime during the day as well when you feel like you need a slower practice. A yoga mat is optional for this yoga practice, you can also do it on the carpet :) No other props needed but if you have yoga blocks, you can use them under the knees in Reclined Bound Angle Pose.

Thank you Uliana- I had a stressful week and am fighting off a cold…but this gentle session helps me so much. I am going to stick to this routine for a couple more days so I can get a good night’s sleep. It clears the mind most of all! 🙏🏼 that you are enjoying your time off with your precious baby.

such gentle exercises decreases my stress and make my heart beat slower. maybe it would be worth it if you create series of antistress calming yoga. :) what say you? ;)
