I enjoyed this practice immensely you fit a lot into 10 mins. What is the name of that mudra?

So glad, you enjoyed the practice. The mudra is called Nazvati and stimulates the vishudha chakra, while regulating the functions of the thyroid gland and the lymphatic system. Stay healhty and well. Namaste!

Dear Swapnil, These s an immune boosting breathing practice, but it is not suited for back aches and stiffness. For this purpose, I suggest you try our back soothing routines "Spinal balm", "Painfree" and "Decompress - Eliminate excess". They are best suited for back stiffness. Dear Sangeetha, These breathing exercises as good for children, too. It is just up to the child's level of concentration to be able to follow these movements, but you can do these together with her. The other immunity boosting routine that I would highly recommend in our channel is "Fendable". It is easy to flow and the slower pace will allow her to reap all the benefits from the poses. But I suggest the first couple of times you do it with her, so she gets used to the movement logic and flow. And don't forget to give him colostrum and wellness formula right now in the fall season. Supplements do enhance immunity, especially if they are taken at the right time. Sending you health and vitality. Namaste!

Dear Babita, This is an ancient technique from Qi-Gong and it helps generate prana or qi from accumulating your own saliva and re-swallowing it back into the system helping the self-regulatory mechanism of the body. It is similar to the bandas in yoga when you are sealing the energy in but activating the main locks in the central chakras. The clicking vibrationally strengthens the mouth cavity and sends a signal of resonance throughout the body. it is a way to heal and scan with your own ultra-sound. Hope this brief explanation helps.
