Thank you Paula for these back relief and strengthening videos. Really helping to deload the back muscles that have knotted up and strengthen others. Well planned and helpful. Also have used your neck and shoulders frequently after my face muscle got damaged during surgery. Nearly 3 years down the track and the nerve is still progressing I think due to the yoga and my face has a lot of mobility back. Many thanks Barbara
