Paula, you are a yogic physical therapist! All of the yoga poses you walk us through hit the spot, be it lower back, neck, shoulders, hips etc. Thank you so so much for sharing your knowledge and helping us heal and strengthen our bodies! ❤️

Thank you Paula for these back relief and strengthening videos. Really helping to deload the back muscles that have knotted up and strengthen others. Well planned and helpful. Also have used your neck and shoulders frequently after my face muscle got damaged during surgery. Nearly 3 years down the track and the nerve is still progressing I think due to the yoga and my face has a lot of mobility back. Many thanks Barbara

Dear Paula, thank you so much! Can you please tell me, is it important that angle between leg and stomach is less then 90 degrees when lying down woth a strap? Or I need to bend the leg?
