This practice has brought me so much peace in pregnancy! Thank you. I love that you allow several minutes to truly rest at the end… I often find myself stressed with other accounts that another video will start while I’m still resting, but in your videos I can actually relax and enjoy the quiet at the end.

Third trimester found this painful on my hands, wrists and knees and couldn't feel anything in the next stretch, didn't make it through the video🤷‍♀️
