Hi. I practised all the asanas shown by you throughout my pregnancy so I never had any physical complaints like swelling of feet or constipation or back pain. I had normal delivery. Thanks. Would love to see video on postpartum exercises after normal delivery.

Yes weight loss starts with your mind, stay stress free enjoy motherhood, feed your baby as breastfeed helps in weight loss, be hydrated, as long as you are breastfeeding don't skip meals eat all vitamins mineral timely, practice this yoga and as feel comfortable can practice this yoga 👉🏼 kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXOQeYJoZZmdmtU whenever feel stressed practice deep breathing... losing 2 kg per month is healthy way to go for first year... consistent practice will bring result

time duration 1 min se 10 min tak kiya ja sakta hai... after meal it helps in better digestion... before meal it will help in relaxing abdominal muscles better oxygen flow

Depression won't go by Kapalbhati only. Healthy Interaction with someone other than family with definitely change mind. Kapalbhati can be done after 6 months safely
