I really appreciate these podcasts a lot. I love listening to them while I'm in the gym shooting hoops early in the morning and somehow it's actually a really pleasant combination. Can't do it when weightlifting though; there was one time when I was mid-squat with moderately heavy weight and Lewis for the first time talked about how he spoke to his trainer -- the air in my stomach immediately left my body and I collapsed onto the rack supports. Good times.

If you want to safely choke your partner, do not apply large amounts of pressure onto the windpipe because you can collapse it and they can suffocate to death.
