When yogurt is left to seperate, you not only get a different texture, you also get a different flavour profile from the separation of compounds that are specifically engineered to taste good when mixed. We get the Polish stuff here which is like super fermented, and it freaks people out so nobody buys it, hence the low price. I wholeheartedly recommend. kefir is a bit tarter than yogurt, so somewhat of an acquired taste for some people, but it's really healthy because it has a lot of probiotics. I drink the unflavored, unsweetened kind. Adding a little fruit juice makes a nice dessert, though.

This reminds me of that one time I found mold in my yogurt at school. The danimals kind. (Sorry if I misspelled it) I just started laughing when I saw it since I was so surprised. It was in 6th, and it changed how much I got the fruit and yogurt plate from then on.

I have to assume there was just something wrong with the Yoplait strawberry. It tastes totally fine when I get it. Should be on par with (if not better than) the Yoplait vanilla, at least.

Fun fact, kefir is actually (traditionally) fermented camel milk. Often made with goat milk in united states. So Charlie's statement of "its like... fermented" is quite accurate.
