kefir is a bit tarter than yogurt, so somewhat of an acquired taste for some people, but it's really healthy because it has a lot of probiotics. I drink the unflavored, unsweetened kind. Adding a little fruit juice makes a nice dessert, though.

The absolute BEST yogurt out there on the market right now is Oui by Yoplait! Most of them seem to be fruit on the bottom but they do offer some blended ones as well. However I rarely ever see those kinds on store shelves. In fact, _sadly,_ they seem to have fewer and fewer different options of Oui flavors in stores which is MAJOR bummer and _not_ a very good sign either. They also offer some rather _interesting_ flavors such as Raspberry & Chocolate, Mocha & Chocolate, and Caramel & Chocolate, amongst some others. If those sound like they’re up your alley then sweet! HOWEVER the fruit on the bottom ones are where it’s fuckin’ at! (And they seem to carry them the most in stores!) They’re just sooo goddamn good! They’re a “French style yogurt” and I have no idea what that means aside from them being yogurt straight from Heaven. M When I was a kid, anytime I would get fruit on the bottom yogurt I would force myself to eat some of the plain yogurt first before mixing it up so that the rest would be extra sweet and fruity. I’m NOT a plain yogurt girly. Not at all. lol. But with Oui’s fruit on the bottom yogurt, I legit have to stop myself from gobbling up all of the plain yogurt like a little piggy. lol. It’s just SO goddamn good. The strawberry is my personal favorite but I also very much enjoy the peach, lemon, and mango ones as well. For some dumb reason it seems that they only offer raspberry, blueberry, and key lime in the blended version. Which I haven’t tried but am disappointed by regardless. lol. ANYWAY… Oui by Yoplait is WAAAY too slept on for the god-tier yogurt that it is and we as a people need to band together to help it rise in popularity! (Honestly, it _is_ kinda pricey compared to other similar yogurts mostly due to its smaller portions in little glass containers. But it is SO worth it!) As you can tell by my _stupid long_ comment about fucking yogurt, of all things, on a video from 7 or so months ago, I am _extremely_ passionate about Oui by Yoplait yogurt. lol. NO, I am NOT okay in the head. (Obviously.) YES, I do love this fucking yogurt. lol.

yes your tastes change as you age a bit but also foods just taste different now. for one just because those brands slowly change over the years and so if you havent had it in a while its totally different from what you remember and you thus dont like it (like expecting chocolate milk and getting yogurt drink, its not good). but also in recent years a lot of sugars and fats have been replaced by other things. sweetners or other fats etc

I know it's not Charlie and Matt but James Hoffman made a really good video analyzing tons of different creamers and their flavors. I'd definitely recommend that. There's a second version that omits the sipping noises if you're bothered by that. I'd still be super excited to see a liquid ladder of creamers though too

To be fair, Kefir is a love it or hate it kinda thing. I've never met someone who's just indifferent to it, similar in a way to blue cheese. Must be an acquired taste. EDIT: Charlie saying that Siggi's should "delete" strawberry made me laugh harder than it should've

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Kefir has a pungent, sour taste to it. Shit is pretty rancid as far as yogurt goes (tho I wouldnt be surprised if there were others that tasted worse), and even my taste in yogurt is pretty middling compared to them because I enjoy Chobani! Also count me in as another vote for bringing Matt's own tier list back; it's not about their tastes being the same or different, it's about this being a video series with two guinea pigs at the forefront, not just one.
