I think it's a bizarre ruling. The only thing I can think of is that the court has set a precedent that if you "like" a slanderous comment, you can claim damages and win the case. People have different opinions and thoughts, and it's okay to have the opposite opinions and thoughts. I do have a problem with the over-the-top comments, but I think this is a bizarre decision because it doesn't explain the case in detail in the reasons for the decision. I think that by setting this kind of precedent, there will be many more cases like this in the future.
