Yorktown Mall - Virtual Tours

This is a mall in Lombard, Illinois. It is in the western suburbs of Chicago. With two floors and a small outdoor section, this is a medium sized mall compared to the ones around it. While it isn't declining, it isn't thriving either, and stores always come and go. Thanks for watching!

Been to this mall many times in the late 70s and early 80's. It has changed a lot since. doesn't look like anything like it did back then. Wieboldt's, Carson Pieri Scott, Montgomery Ward and Sears were the anchor stores. Where Von Mauer is today is where Wieboldts was. Couldnt wait for Santa Claus to show up. Many great memories there.
