Join me on this amazing adventure to the Ten Lakes Basin located in Yosemite National Park. Trailhead is located half way between Yosemite Valley and Tuolumne Meadows on Highway 120 just before Olmstead Point heading up. Trailhead elevation is at 7500'. And the trailhead starts on the north side of the road. This 13.5 mile hike is considered pretty strenuous with a total elevation gain of nearly 2900' but is offers some amazing views of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Hope you are subscribed to ‪@theyosemiteguyd‬ to keep up on all my hiking adventures. Much Love! :)

Very nice video. With a delicious meal as well. That water looks so inviting until you're in it. Nice of you to join in with the others and enjoy the views and camaraderie. Got to be fast and fit on that trail no doubt. Enjoy all your content even the shakey parts. Thanks

Thanks man! It was a great day. The water was refreshing after I got out 😂 I'm glad the shakey parts didn't completely ruin the video. 😊

Hey there. Just happened upon your videos last night and I just wanted to stop by and hit you with some gratitude. I only discovered Yosemite after the start of the pandemic when I lost my job and things were getting tough. It’s a magical place and so good for the soul. Thanks for sharing your inspiring journey. I’m proud of you. There’s so much I have yet to explore there, and you’re showing off so many trails I want to try out. I’m on my own journey of an old knee and ankle injury and getting in better shape to take care of them, and you make me believe I can make it happen. Also love the back country meals at the end, get a kick out of it every time. Keep up the good work and thanks for letting us tag along!

I really enjoy these long hikes you share. I am limited on what hikes I can do now. I bet that water felt good on your feet. Fantastic scenery and views! That lake is gorgeous! Cold water dips are good for you 😊 Marmots are cool 😎
