I love how some of the secret levels have a small Kaizo-ish degree of difficulty, but 3-Secret's skiing section is the one thing I hate the most in this game. Every jump you miss results in 10+ seconds of waiting before you can try again. It's a shame as well because the rest of us that level is a lot of fun to play.

This was my childhood along with the original yoshis island. I felt like it did an awesome job resembling the original. Yoshis new island however didn’t give me the same vibes. It’s the same formula of course but I think they made it a little too cute, and that’s not what made the original a masterpiece.

Okay, who at Artoon thought it was a good idea to make there be exactly 20 stars on the first world’s secret stage? That’s a serious candidate for the worst-designed level in the game - I could only ever trust a speedrunner with 100%-ing that.

There's actually 25, with one hidden cloud near the end with stars, he just didn't need it in this run. Still doesn't make it that much easier because of how fast you need to be though.
