Black Savior so this is the match you we're talking about.... yeah Japanese have a whole other meta game.... while they don't have max dmg combos, they utilize team strategy better. and people argue this game cater to scrubs.... smh however.... is it wise for them to use cross combo all the time vs players who conserve there meter like SKD? we'll find out at EVO

Zekiel Yep, this is what I was talking about many. That's why when people say this is a scrub game they're just scrubs themselves who lose all the time and waste their time complaining instead of actually trying to get to this level. THIS is how the game is supposed to be played, because this game makes it feel like a real team effort. And conserving like SKD isn't bad. It's just they utilize the system to its fullest. Using it to apply pressure, cool asf combos, and more. Plus, the games America play is so fast because they never switch out the charcaters. They always blow them off and it's really dumb. This is a great way to play and entertaining asf to watch. Don't you agree?

Black Savior I agree it's just I was thinking how each meta would work. There has to be balance between this aggressive style of play and playing smart. these 2 players were trying to overwhelm each other. But say you face off against someone with good neutral and defense. Using this tactic all the time is bound to get you blown up because you can't defend yourself against combos because your assist meter is constantly gone. see what I'm saying? a player like SKD for example has a team with good neutral and he's a strong def player. but yeah never switching out your characters let them get beat is a bad strategy I would switch out when necessary.

Makes me reflect on my own inadequacies in not utilizing cross combos at all. I think I'll actually confuse myself if I were to throw in cross combos and then switch characters mid cross combo. Can't take the chaos!
