Ac recovery and charge is so simple only thing that costs a lot is the refrigerant R134a very easy to hook everything up and start it but when you have a leak and no refrigerant from the recovery, check condition of lines and o-rings first.

Just noticed your battery disconnecting during work. I know if you are careful you can remove either post first, but i always go with "negitive first, negative last" when disconnecting and hooking back up. That way when you are playing with the positive side you cant ground out the ratchet or anything if the ground is disconnected. But builds are looking great bud, keep up the great work!!!!

Awesome awesome video Greg A, yeah Snap-On Ryan definitely comes to the rescue almost on the daily for you lol but that’s what friends are for lmao, and besides he’s gotta let you play with some of the fancier Snap-On tools some how lol, and you repay him back for his efforts buy buying some tools off his truck lmao. Those new AC lines from fleece seem perfect for the compound set up lol. Tucks more out of the way and gives it a cleaner look lol.

I knocked a freeze plug in one time. Took me forever to get it out. I ended up taking the water pump off and was able to fish it out through the tunnel. Long night!

Where did you get that fleece coolant tank? My stock tank is leaking where its put together and looking at fleece for replacement when i do my 2nd gen swap? The ones i am seeing are much different than the one you are showing. My trucks a 15’ the tanks are for 13-18’ they have a neck and tank below.

It's not the block, it's the head. Cummins doesn't paint them from the factory so they start to rust during the winter.
