I used to love setting and watching Bill Dance with my Papaw. When the bloopers were shown at the end or when they had a whole blooper reel. Made some great memories. 😅😅 That trolling motor should of still worked as there were only wires from the control box to the drive pod in the tube.

Back in the mid 90's, I and one of my younger brothers were fishing at a small lake. He snagged a Minkota trolling motor. It was down there for probably 2+ years it was covered in Green Muck. We took it home and took it apart, cleaned it up, and put it back together. It worked. It worked well as a matter of fact. We put it in the front of the boat so if we were stopped and the boat started to swing around, the person in the front could straighten the boat out. Also, 2 motors were a lot faster than just 1. We don't really use it anymore. We have newer, more powerful ones now. But he still has it, and it still works. He's got a 20ft bass boat. I have a 12 ft high side, Livingston.
