Ian Baker asked him a question about what criticism Leicester had received that season. Which at this point in 2015 just four games prior they were looking to be headed back to the Championship sitting bottom of the league - having to win 7 of their last 9 games to miraculously stay up. This was during that run after a loss to Chelsea and Pearson was pissed because his team had been criticized most of the season as being abysmal by journalists and pundits. So being asked by a journalist what criticism had they received that year was a stupid fucking question.

It was the journalist's fault to ask such a daft question, but it also unintentionally stirred up unnecessary blame that made Nigel more pissed and replied in a sarcastic manner.

You could look at it that way. Or you could look it at as he set you up for the greatest and most incredible Premier League title of all time. He assembled a great group of players with an incredible work ethic. Ranieri got the credit, but the foundations were very much in place when he took over.
