I have something I'd like to offer as an alternative to your method of stillness. Forcing daily practice burned me out and made its taste sour. Instead I let go of needing to force daily practice, and only did so when I was inspired to. On a walk and see a flower? Take the time to look at it without adding thoughts and/or letting thoughts settle down into silence. When I felt done, I moved on. I did this with every sense - sight, sound, feeling... I even did it with the taste of food. One genuine practice a week is worth more than 7 days of practice you feel like you're slogging through.

We are NOT God. God is divinity. We are not. We are spiritual. We were not created by God - we are simply a precipitation of his energy when he spoke "Let there be Light", Creation began to develop....humankind is simply a precipation of all of the white heat. Saying that we are God is blasphemous to God. He does not like humans arrogance and lack of humility in saying humans are Divine - no one is Divine - only God, Jesus Christ and the HOly Spirit (Parsifal) are Divine. Read In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message by Abd-ru-shin. Abd-ru-shin is the Son of Man and he came to Earth in 1875 and left this Earth in 1945, leaving us this most important work directly from the Source.

In the context of the video the viewpoint (You are God) is that we are part of God, this comes from the belief that God is everything-the source of all existence. Since everything in the universe originates from God, we, as part of creation, carry a spark of that divine essence within us. This doesn’t mean we are equal to God, but rather that we are deeply connected to Him because His presence flows through all things. It’s about unity with the divine, not claiming divinity for ourselves.
