Love this! To me it was also something like drowning. My heart was racing and I couldn't see clearly what's going on outside of me, I couldn't concentrate on things, because I was constantly concentrated on my inside and this fear. I had panic attacks during my depression when I was 17. I was living in a flat with my friend, because I moved out of my home to go to a better high school, and after a long winter break, spent in my family home, I couldn't go back to reality. Because of this stress my immune system was a total mess, I was constantly ill, what caused another dose of stress, because I was sooo freaked out about the absence in school. I tried doing some kind of meditation, reading and stuff, but it kept making it even worse. I tried some herbal pills, and it helped me a bit, but just a bit. After couple of weeks I understood that it was all because I felt soo deeply alone. B4 my problems I read a book about self-development and stuff and there was written something about that, you are born alone and you die alone, and you have to keep on achieving something and you have to work all the time, because nothing's gonna save you, and stuff like that. When I kinda noticed that this was my problem, I let it all go. I told myself *sc*ew it* :D *I stared to live in the present* . Not freaking out about the future. I started to go out with friends, I started to spend a lots and lots of time with family. That's when I found my peace. That's when I found love, and strength. I found the purpose in life - generating as much good vibes as I can, so that no one would feel alone

Hi everyone, we sometimes need to remove posts if they break our social media house rules, and we only do this to make sure everyone is safe. Remember that the Childline counsellors are always there if you need to talk through what you're going through or what's on your mind

I look to the sky and then people have to tell me that it won't last for long because a panic attack can only last for 20 mins
