It's incredible. Lately i was trying to remember the name of "that guy" i used to watch 5 or 6 years ago more or less. I actually didn't any correlated research, just trying to recall the name mentally. That guy is Noah, and he actually appeared now on my YT.

thank you Noah. I appreciate it. Other teachers call these thoughts as "not-self" thoughts. They were just picked up by you from others or in the field, and it is simply not yours, and what's not yours does not necessarily mean bad. Identifying which ones were yours and which to respond to could be like a long deconditioning practice or process.

I feel like I am a total failure and have put my parents and my whole family down! I have not passed until now three of my classes in college as my Professors are not satisfied with the work that I present to them and even with me trying hard and the best that I can in University and not just in the classes that I inferred to but in all my classes now! I am also a Plus Size female although I really do have the desire to be like those other very thin women that I often see around me and everywhere! I as well resent the fact that I take medication and which I had to take since the age of 10! Not to forget to mention that as long as I can remember I have been unemployed because I dropped out of school at the age of 14 due to some problems that I do not like to discuss or talk about. However, I managed to earn my High School Diploma Online at the age of 34 and that I am 40 turning 41 this year and do not intend to ever get married or have children or be in any kind of relationship because I believe such things result in difficulties and when I am already facing a hard time right at the moment while I am still single! I need some advice from you Mr. Noah Elkrief about what I can do in or with my life! And Thank you so much Mr. Noah Elkrief on your motivational and educational videos to help people like me! Thank you again!

The self critical thought patterns we have in ourselves could also be a result of how our parents treated themselves, rather than the way they treated us. We learned from our parent's example and adopted their same negative self treatment.

My approval seeking is absolutely exhausting. It was so bad when I was younger that I had severe social anxiety and basically didn't have a social life from 13 till my late 20's. I gradually gained more confidence but I'm beginning to realise I still have the same 'I need to be this and that to be liked or loved by myself and and orhers' beliefs and I'm just better at performing. I've been in a relationship for nearly 2 years and I know I can't keep this up. The thing is , I have wonderful , supportive parents and can't imagine them giving me conditional love although I guess It was probably unconscious and I absorbed the message subconsciously.

I see some comments about some of the things Noah speaks about being "not his "🤔 I think that that's totally missing the point friends. I've never heard him say anything about owning these words. I've heard similar messages from other great spiritual teachers of course, but Noah has way of teaching, of delivering the message, and that is totally all his own. You could listen to one teacher and not fully get what is being said, then listen to the same or similar message coming from Noah, and understand it in a whole new way. For example, I've heard and watched a lot of stuff on depression from others and got some valuable info from it. However, one day I woke up feeling like it was going to be a depressing day because of the usual feeling I had in the pit of my stomach. I saw something on you tube that read " get rid of depression instantly" or something like that. Thinking that there was no way that was gonna happen, I watched the video and couldn't believe the way I've felt afterward. Noah explained it in a way that a nine year old could understand lol. It's like having spiritual dyslexia lol and he's an expert in helping unscramble the confusion. Stay healthy, stay safe and thank you Noah!

I feel frustrated with these new videos I feel a lot of resistance in what you’ve being saying in these new videos. I found that your old videos help me more. I’m just pissed off that it isn’t helping me and seeing other people understand it better than me I’m seriously giving up dude! Maybe I’ll never change and suffering for me is just a part of life. I guess you can’t fix everyone.
