29.28…hits home for me! My best friend was so mad when we went out to eat while on a mini vacation. Everyone ordered the usual SAD dishes. I ordered a hamburger patty with bacon. The waitress forgot to keep the bun in the kitchen. Husband teases me saying I have to eat the bun and my response was, “I’m not eating that sugar bomb!”. She snapped at me with, “Well, why not ruin dinner for the rest of us!” I clammed up and felt so bad after that because I don’t judge anyone else for their choices, good or bad. And for a short time I felt judged for mine. But, the old saying in reverse came to me; “it’s you not me” made me realize I can’t help how she is feeling about my success. She will come around. Plus, baby step 1, she is limiting sugar in her diet now. ❤

20,000 steps a day... Le'st make sure the audience understands what that means.. Approx... it's about 2000 steps per mile.. so if you're doing 20,000 steps per day.. you're averaging about 10 miles per day. I'm in pretty good shape..and I know that I can do a 10K brisk walk (6.2 miles) in just under 2 hours. Sugar addiction is probably as bad or as difficult to kick as herion.. or alcohol. I suggest that starting with a keto diet.. as is a good place for most people..with the plan to go more carnivore.. till eventually you're probably 98% or more carnivore. Some people can jump right to full on carnivore.. but that's a lot more difficult for sugar/carb addicted folks.
