This was a very powerful episode Natalie you definitely have been hitting me right in the heart these last few days. I've watched a lot of different videos from different people and like a couple of people quite a bit and you're definitely on that list now as you had me shaking and in tears watching this. Because you have that as your self concept, instead say to yourself : everytime I think I have a special connection it is mutual and he actually likes me more than I like him. It’s so annoying because he blows up my phone with texts and calls . I always get offers for relationships and I always get the one I want. Easy to say but we gotta keep saying to ourselves, I look at as I’m saying that to my inner child, that little girl who wants to be loved and accepted.. because she was told she was trash and nothing by her stepdad. Idk if that helps but I feel ya I noticed I kept that as my self concept recently. Like Natalie says we gotta change that negative subconscious feeling about ourselves.

I snapped when I found out he’s taking days off bcs 3p says so and it means I won’t be seeing him for a couple of days again and again. I cried in front of him. Please help
