Here's an exercise that I hope helps others: You are what you think you are therefore the stories that we create and tell about ourselves are powerful and shape our reality. Why not repeatedly write your story on *purpose* how your want it. Like scripting a movie or play. Write in a journal what your day will be like, what your year will be like, etc. Regardless if it's not currently "true" to your reality. I hope this helps someone ❤
