Hello familia!! I've just noticed that shade # does have a bit of luminosity to it, sorry because I hadn't seen it until today! lol. Its very subtle though, it still set the under eyes & skin very well! If you don't like that I'd suggest getting shade 4!

I was worried the pink shade would be too light for tan skin but it’s beautiful on you. Moira Beauty makes a dupe of the Givenchy loose powder shade 4 but in 3 shades called Set & Correct Loose Setting Powder (006, Medium Neutralizer). Would be curious how it compares to Givenchy.

The scent of it is so good despite not looking for fragrance in powder for me, smells like a wedding. I've ended up loving it just to set my sunscreen, looking forward to do it daily 🤣

I just bought 3 of the powers and they haven’t arrived yet. Also bought the Huda cherry blossom which I did receive and LOVE! Not sure if I’ll keep any of the Givenchy ones.

I just bought the Givenchy powder during the sale. Not sure I’m going to keep it though. My Danessa Myricks Evolution loose powder is more smoothing and better at keeping my t-zone shine free and the rest of my face doesn’t look dry. The Givenchy is good, but not as good as DM.

You must’ve got shade 3, because that shade is shimmery and emphasizes texture. The other shades don’t have shimmer. I find the givenchy shade 4 to be the most smoothing and blurring powder I own

If you don’t want shimmer, get shade 4. Shade 3 has shimmer in it and you will look like a vampire in sunlight, unless you want that look. I have shade 4 and can confirm that is has no shimmer, it’s completely matte

@@r.c.7779 I'm confused. I asked a couple of people here on KZbin and all of them said there is no glitter or shimmer on #3. I tried #4 in the past and didn't like the green cast that leaves on the skin. I was thinking #3 just to set my under eyes since at Sephora they have the mini size now... Thank you!

@@lorenasalomon there’s definitely shimmer in number 3, I wish they would make it without it! I hate that there’s a different formula depending on the shade. But I’m pretty sure shade 3 is the only one with shimmer, shade 2 doesn’t have shimmer

@@r.c.7779 I just ordered #3 in the mini size. I guess I will return it if I see shimmer. I don’t like shimmer in my powder and less for my under eyes. In the mini they don’t have #4, only 2,3 and 5. I don’t understand how nobody is mentioning that there’s shimmer on their videos 🤷🏻‍♀️. Thank you!

@@KKira07 hey that was one of my fears too because I swear I read reviews that said it had a little shimmer in it. But I took the risk and bought it this Sephora sale and I can promise you that there’s absolutely no shimmer! That’s my pet peeve as well and that’s why I don’t like the hourglass translucent powder. I don’t want to look like I put highlighter all over my face in the sunlight. Shimmery under eyes? No thank you. So far this powder has shocked me! It’s veryyyy finely milled compared to the Huda one, which is the one I was using before. With the Kosas concealer the Huda powder made it look thick and cakey and clung to it. I thought the concealer was bad. But I tried it with this givenchy powder and it didn’t look thick and cakey, it looked lightweight. Couldn’t tell that I had powder on and I got no creases throughout the day, whereas with the Huda powder I always got crease. So I think the Huda powder isn’t that great for under the eyes because it’s not very finely milled and makes things look crusty and cakey. It’s a good powder to set the rest of the face, but I don’t set my face so it’s useless for me now. I got shade 4 and my only problem is that when I mix all the shade it has a slight green tinge to it. I’m not sure if I’m just not mixing them correctly? But I’m considering exchanging it for shade 3 because I rather it be pink than green. But on the face you can’t see any green lol. I’m maybe one shade darker that Magdaline.
