A part of me really wants the Atraxa slot to be a cheeky Wavesifter. It pitches to both Forces, can be nabbed with Zenith, offers some flicker value with Yorion, triggers the BEANS for two mana, and isn't THAT embarrassing to beat down with if you need to jank out a game. Also, it's a goofy little fish.

The Bowmaster/Leo interaction came up in a match I played a few days back. Opponent had given me some life and I was at like 37. They targeted Leo the 3 times to kill it and then targeted me with the ones after that. Used it to draw basically whatever I wanted. Leo seems to be the shining light in this Bowmaster world, just need enough life to keep it at bay to draw something to deal with the Orc token at the end.

I think that Council's Deliberation is depely embarrassed by the sight of Up the Beanstalk. This deck is built around the card but in a significant number of control decks it is often still the Council's Deliberation thing of "yea 2 mana for 1 card sucks but it draws one, maybe 2 later and it's now a good card"

They obviously have slightly different homes, but it's kinda looking like Beanstalk is the better card to me, since you don't have to play Preordain over Ponder to pay it out, and it rewards you for doing what you want to do anyway in a Yorion pile.

Just looking at the deck tech, I’m a little surprised at no T3feri. In addition to being, you know, T3feri, the ability to bounce a beanstalk and recast it to dig is a use that isn’t nothing, and he pitches to both of your pitch spells that proc beanstalk. I’m not sure what space he’d occupy, despite the fact that there are 80 slots as opposed to sixty, but I was genuinely curious
