Paul McDonald Right now it's Onix with Rock Slide, Exeggcute with Sludge Bomb and Psychic, and Nidorino with Toxic and Rock Smash. But I must say, that Nidorino is only there because I like him, it does NO DAMAGE with rock smash and Toxic works like 1/3 of the times I use it xD The real MvP is Onix, such a beast; they're like level 25~29 range (I think the Nidorino got to 30 today though), a bit low since I only have one pot and can't train my guys as much as I would like to

I beat the game in 2 days on f2p Played 3 times a day, used first 100 tickets on box upgrades then the rest on recharges. Final team was Beedrill(string shot) Alakazam(Barrier)[Alakazam is needed for the ghost map] and Rhydon(Take Down + Crunch[2xWhackWhack]. Taking down the Boss of the Island was a bit hit and runny but doable. My Alakazam was like lvl 24 but Rhydon and Beedril were around 50. Keep trying for that Abra with Barrier and you will have a much easier time. Machop works but falls short in my opinion because he's melee. That's my 2 cents. Don't rush to the finish, enjoy building the story and the gameplay. I thought I'd enjoy beating the game and I did, but I would've enjoyed it MUCH MUCH more if I would've used the team of Pokemon that i felt more attached too.

he could be right, there is the tip if an island on the bottom left corner of the map, and since there isnt much content and after beating the boss stage there's literally nothing else to do but complete the pokedex, and seeing as they wanna make as much money as possible, another island seems possible

Another great video as always, verlisify! I am amazed at how fast some people can beat this game. I may be very good, and i would love to speed run it someday, but i would need to arrange the power stones on my pokemon a LOT faster. It currently takes me a very long time to re-arrange them perfectly but i can always figure out how to do it. It just takes me longer because it doesn't have some way to search for the stones in my inventory by a filter option for finding the best ones for specific effects and effect combinations. If they add such a feature, i might actually try to speed run it someday, but until then I just tend to take too long with interface and menu aspects of the game. I really love this game, and hope to see them add levels, moves and more Pokemon in the near future. I don't know if they will, or if a sequel game could happen but I think adding ingredients and implementing more recipes for the new Pokemon would be a great way to do that.

I still use my starter charizard, with double flame thrower and double fire punch. It’s health isn’t great but it has fast revive, plus my bulk up machamp, and double gust pidgeot. Charizard goes to the middle, and sits on double flamethrower burning opponents and laying down constant flame damage, while my pidgeot waits outside shooting gusts in to the pile for stacking damage and my machamp hangs around surviving and bulking up throwing natural punches while charizard absorbs the most damage, faints, and then revives. Doesn’t sound great, but I beat boss levels around 5000 points stronger than my team

each level-up gives the pkmn only +1 ATK and +1 HP which is a joke! for being stronger a higher level is actually only important if youre going for evolutions. the most important things are just the attacks! -> Bulk Up/Work Up/Harden/... with sharing stone + 2 very good damage moves: Megapunch, Rock Throw, Hydropump, ... --> Again: the level doen't really matter onix btw has a much higher base stat than pre-evolution-pkmn because of the system the stats in pokemon quest work. i mean just look at serebii .net, you can look up everything important there. for me it seems like verlisify actually didnt really understands how the game works. i mean its not that complicated. its also very easy to beat if you understand the mechanics. without dlc you can beat it in 2 days easy. going for water type is pretty good too in my opinion (Poliwhirl gets Bulk Up too), surf is a nice move at the beginning also there is a good chance in going for normal type: jigglypuff/lickitung with megapunch or doduo for dodrio with work up. with good rng a megapunch-jigglypuff or lickytung is gamechanger but in the end rockthrow-onix and bulkup-machamp is a very safe way, maybe first go for them and then try to get hydropump-starmie/golduck

raymond santos There is optimization and some reallyquick ways to level along with rng. You get more levels from training than food, events can give you massive jp along with items and currency. You can even grind up diamonds.

My Nidoran (female) which I got from the Mulligan stew has one move and it's flatter 😂 What I basically discovered was that with the starters in your team (full close range team) you can beat any stage in the game !! To be more specific , my team is consisted of a Venusaur level 40 with petal dance and poisonpowder , a Charizard level 39 with only fire punch and a Blastoise level 38 with only withdraw (power stones equipped with full power 6200) Verlisify now I know what you mean about the snowballing in Pokemon quest 😉

VolksDK Correct. You cant really record in mobile mode without someone coming up with a 3rd party device. Plus, it seems the Switch is hard-wired to only show one active screen--so even then, its either handheld screen OR external screen.
