It looks like a few different stock footage films spliced together to me. If you look closely the yachts in the footage are different sizes. One is a huge super yacht, one is pretty small and yet another is somewhere in between. The rear deck / flybridges are different layouts too.

The logo perspective is wrong in pretty much every shot. It doesn't match the light or the curves, and it is often off center in ways that would give any installer an eye twitch. On the surfboards, in some shots the logo is along the board, in some it is sideways (and doesn't match the curve of the board, or the seam along the keel of the board) On the back of one boat, the logo is off center. There are many different boats, of varying sizes, throughout the shots as well. I would guess, given how these scams tend to go, that the stock footage wasn't paid for.

You know what would be a less scammy waifu NFT idea? To sell original waifu 3-D printer designs on blockchain. Instead of a link to a JPEG is a link to a Blender file (or whatever other 3-D modeling design program people are familiar with) so the buyer can print his own exclusive waifu figurine.
