You can fight METAL SONIC as SUPER SONIC in SONIC FORCES! | GLITCH Probably

Metal Sonic is the only boss fight you can fight as Super Sonic in Sonic Forces. Pretty sure this is a glitch, but still pretty awesome nonetheless.

So super sonic didn't need red rings in forces you just had to have beaten the level. The red rings requirement was for sonic colors (and therefore colors ultimate by extension)
