The difference is the location . This is not in Accra . Not many people on Ho can afford it so anyone buying this would probably be someone living in Accra wanting a holiday home in their hometown

I wonder if the house has been recently decorated. If you go on youtube, you'll see that this Ho Volta region struggled with very bad floods a year ago. Best make sure you're not buying a property in a high flood risk zone. Any price isn't worth buying a place that floods.

Buildings in Ghana seem cheaper. As an experienced Building Engineer in Liberia, I'm not sure about the quality of the construction materials and methods used to construct these buildings, but they seem under priced. The tight spaces and creepy design, still don't justify the under price....😅
