The concourt ruled that, he had ruled for two terms upto 2021, and then said he was eligible for the 2021 elections aswell, is that not a third term ? What would you call the 2021 bid ? And had he worn the 2021 elections, what would you call the term ? a neutral term ? Whatever the concourt presides upon will be used for future references just like the supreme court does, so what will stop others from being eligible for a third term bid, if in the case of ECL, they stated that he had already ruled for two terms and then say he was also eligible ( it was legal) for 2021, is that not a third term ?

So that's what you picked out of all the words and sentences said by judges, if you want third term, we refused it for you in 2021 because our forefathers stopped it in 1996 constitution, you can add your own paragraphs to any thing, that article of the constitution bars anyone mad person wanting third term.period
