I fished a fluke today and whacked them! I used a watermelon green with black flakes. And I added Bait Fuel to the bag. I love skipping them under docks. Great video Bro.

Thanks for the reminder on the weightless Fluke rig, a very versatile technique for sure. Maybe add a light belly weighted hook to change the fall rate and drop into holes in the cover, make for easier casting too. Keep up the great content!

I don't want to be that guy, but you cannot target bedding bass in PA until the season opens back up again in June. The fish commission is cracking down last year hard up at presque isle. Don't want you to get any of your PA followers in trouble.

I've always thought the rule was a bit confusing. It's illegal "to cast repeatedly into a clearly visible bass spawning nest or redd in an effort to catch or take a bass" -- but what you are just rolling down the bank throwing into shallow water or along docks? I've heard some interpret this rule as don't keep bouncing your bait off a fish you can see sitting in a clearly defined nest. While others seem to interpret as you can't fish shallow during the off-season because there might be some beds around. I wouldn't doubt that even the PFBC is inconsistent on it.

​@allereb this is straight from the 2024 PBFC regulation book "During the no harvest season, anglers must immediately return any bass to the water and are prohibited from casting into spawning beds." They tightened up the language, since they are cracking down on it
