Dried squid according to this recipe will be the perfect snack for your favorite drinks!
✅Ingredients:
squid carcasses 1 kg;
water 1 liter;
salt 60 grams;
sugar 60 grams;
ground black pepper 2/3 teaspoon;
smoked paprika 1 teaspoon;
1/2 bay leaf;
soy sauce 100 grams;
Boil the marinade for 2 minutes and then cool to 80 °. Put squid in it and marinate for 12 hours. Dried at room temperature for 4-5 days.
