Yash what should I do about other men testing me in the workplace? With retention comes many benefits that I then apply to the workplace. For example, increase motivation, attention to detail, better communication, etc which are all great. But often times for the last couple of years any manager I’ve had seems to be a bozo of some sort and ends up being easily triggered by my aura/energy. My diet is clean, I workout, I have a prayer life, I don’t use substances etc and I’m 21. I’m not sure what exactly I should do since it seems like everywhere I go nowadays men are becoming increasingly soft such as the ones I’m referring to in the workplace. I can’t just sit by and let a potential pron addict (I can’t say for sure and I don’t wanna just project negative assumptions on them, but for lack of better words “people that don’t take care of themselves”) watch my every move and micromanage me to a T because they feel intimidated, but I also can’t just quit because the softies wanna make my life harder.

In my opinion, i think that your brain is trying to trick you to release. If you release you are going to have that dopamine hit and it is going to be worse. But you have to value the situation by yourself and see if you have the need to release if you have too much energy saved and you can not handle it.

Yo Yash, Ras here. Thanks a lot for the advanced videos. Been helping much on my journey. I often notice an increase in energy after correctly handling my sexual urges. This begs me to question whether urges are necessary for transmutation seeing as how many report that they subside after substantial abstinence. In other words, how do you know that you’re still transmuting once you’re at the stage in which you no longer have urges? Additionally, I’ve heard others speak on sex in a much broader sense than just physical intercourse. Could you speak a bit more on advanced ways of healthily exchanging masculine and feminine energy? Is transmutation only possible when coupled with the correct intention? I observe many who do not seem to struggle with overuse of the first energy center, however it does not seem as if they’re reaping the same benefits as those on SR with intention of increasing energy/realizing God.
