Such a beautiful little girl, i think the way winter hosts this podcast is great, shes always so respectful and genuinely wants to get to know these babies. I know that if im ever ready to tell my sons story, i would trust winter with it.

Beautiful precious girl Camie Rose 🌹 Thank you so much for sharing her story 🩷 You can tell by the way you talk about her life that she is fiercely loved by so many, but especially by mommy & daddy. You two are the absolute best parents for Camie Rose. You can tell that you both have such loving, caring, & kind hearts for others. I love that you met each other doing respite care & that you both continued into careers that require dedication to helping others survive &/or thrive. I’m a SLP so SpEd has a very special in my heart too. Sending you love & hugs from another loss momma 🩷💜🧡💛🩵💚

Not a lot brings me to tears but dress blues and or the flag will do it every time! My uncle was in military but he was a firefighter for over twenty.

I need guidance. My son and his wife just lost their first and possibly only child this past week. Stillbirth at 36 weeks. Do I send a baby card? Do I send a sympathy card? In the future, do I send mother and father day cards? How about a birthday card every year for the child? Being a grandmother grieving for my lost grandson, these acts would help me grieve. But they may not help the parents. I want to know what the parents of stillborn children think is it kindness or would it just bring up bad memories?

We are so sorry for the loss of your grandson and the pain and sorrow your son and daughter-in-law are going through. I'm my own experience, I greatly appreciate when my son is remembered by my family and friends. Every birthday, holiday, gathering, milestone will cause a spike in grief, but the love others have for my son is greater than the pain. So, the best thing is for you to openly ask them how they want you to remember their child with them and respect their request. As for how you celebrate your grandchild is for you to find out and love them even though they aren't here with you.
