Then pay out of pocket for every time your garbage gets collected, to maintain every sidewalk you walk on, every park you frequent, every stoplight you cross, every school your child attends from kindergarten! Everytime you get sick, or drive on a road. Always pay daycare IN FULL. Everytime you go to a restaurant to make sure that the food is safe, community events, rec centers etc. oh yeah, and you need to pay someone to administer all of this because keeping track of it yourself is just too much work.
