@taketheredpill33529 жыл бұрын
***** Of course people win the lottery, what do you mean 'they stage it out'? The chances are so slim that it is literally millions-to-one odds that you'll win it so the lottery company will always make a massive profit but that doesn't mean people don't win.
@ciaareinthecommentssection95759 жыл бұрын
Liquid Ocelot You've got a better shot than winning the lottery.
@taketheredpill33529 жыл бұрын
***** It sounds like you have a different lottery format to the one we have in the UK. Here there's no 'winning ticket' waiting to be bought, you pick the numbers you want to play and then balls are randomly chosen in a draw. Whoever matches all the numbers wins the jackpot. People win millions pretty much every weekend. They don't need to rig it, they're already making a massive profit. The jackpots only tend to be between one to ten million so even after paying that out they'll still be pocketing hundreds of millions every week. It's actually a stroke of genius if you think about it.
@taketheredpill33529 жыл бұрын
***** No need to apologise mate, it's all good! I think you may be talking about the scratch-card tickets where you scratch off the silver foil to see if it's a winning ticket. We have those here too but they're not as popular as the main lottery draw.

Protip : get some rope, a harness, a scuba, a waterproof flashlight and a friend to pull you out.

HellsJerome87 Negatory, watch the show. 5 people have died trying to get to the bottom. Be prepared to fast forward, nothing happens.
@ancomarijs98189 жыл бұрын
HellsJerome87 Well, there have been numerous attempts to receive the treasure. Starting by just digging the 'main' pit, but time after time golddiggers found the pit to be flooded with seawater. They did try to block the tunnels who bring the seawater in the pit but they could not find all the tunnels. So they tried to pump the pit dry, they dug several pits beside the main pit to try and let the water flow from the main pit to the secondary pits. But all attempts failed. Apparantly some diggers got a giant drill to make samples of the pit. They did actually come quit deep until the drill bounced on some hard objects. The drill did bring up some small parts wich looked to be like some sort of metal. But after a lot of attempts to reach the treasure, digging holes and drilling for samples they could not find any more samples or any proof that the treasure was still there so many believe that the pit is actually destroyed and the treasure is flooded away through the tunnels who were once build to protect the treasure I dont think the treasure is still there. A lot of researchers think that the pit is build by a group of workers lead by an engineer. They also think that the actual treasure was not on the bottom of the pit but actually in a hidden 'sideway'. The treasure must have been accessible from thhe surface without digging but since nobody would have thought that, everybody started digging. Since nothing has been found yet, many think that the treasure is allready collected by the ones who burried it.

That first one.... The Fenn treasure... I think might be near Horsetail Falls in Yosemite... which glows like fire during certain sunsets. ("the blaze" he mentions in poem)... and "end is ever drawing nigh... there'll be no paddle up your creek" could mean that a paddle won't save you from the end ... the waterfall. Certainly "no place for the meek" he says... so maybe standing right next to it and "quickly looking down" might reveal something ? So, he says "too far to walk"... and water references (have to use a boat ?)... but then a paddle won't work, so get off that boat ! No paddle for you ! The end (waterfall) is nigh ! And "no place for the meek"... I'm sure it's not ! Especially if he asks you to look down ! If you find it... lemme know. And send a million to my PayPal account. ;-) Copyright 2015 TacomaPaul.

about the Nazi treasure in nr 2, I don't get this sentence: *The lake is hazardous and there is no oxygen below 20 meters.* Most lakes have no useable oxygen below their surface. Dissolved oxygen does not matter for humans since we don't have gills, that's why we bring our oxygen in tanks.
@riiip137x79 жыл бұрын
Wemja There's nothing alive 20 meters below the surface. Dead trees and other stuff makes it almost impossible to see and also very dangerous. But some divers have found a few of the metal boxes only containing fake money the nazis wanted to use to fuck up the british economy.
@ReallyWemja9 жыл бұрын
Dolan McDuck That does not make sense. If there is no oxygen there will be no plant growth and no life so the water should be crystal clear.
@riiip137x79 жыл бұрын
Wemja sorry i just read the german article on wikipedia. trees normally dont grow under water they fell into the water or flow down a river into the lake. because of the lack of oxygen they dont rot and theres more and more trees and other plants piling up there. on wiki it just says its to dangerous to dive because of dead trees that dont rot. it even says some diver died a few years ago. not shure if thats true.
@ReallyWemja9 жыл бұрын
Well you got me curious and I looked it up. Apparently there is a layer of logs suspended half way down the lake. This is probably caused by a difference in density of the water at the top and the water at the bottom. passing trough that layer is dangerous since the logs can shift and crush you. Well that seems a plausible explanation. Its just weird that there are 2 layers with different densities in the lake.

+David Harrison Actually his secrets were revealed some years ago, he was selling documents to wealthy people. I could google it but you can instead! Can't remember the exact documents but here is an example.... Lets say that a well to do family want it written on holy papers that say they have 'absolution' or 'forgiveness' BUT these papers are only given out in very limited numbers by high up religious dicks in the Vatican, well that's where our suspiciously wealthy priest enters the picture, he fakes them on the sly and sells LOTS of them to cheesy god fearing morons with money! Voila, one stinking rich priest who can't say where hes getting his dough from like most of the other priests, he's bent as a £3 note....

I'm looking at metal detectors on ebay at the same time as watching this...
@technicallybrilliant27608 жыл бұрын
+JasonJason210 me too - but a little noobish with regard to cheapest supplier , and mediocre detectors... id be happy to pay good doe if the returns positive.... ( i know where to look .. just need guidance - without giving my idea away so to speak ) ... cheers
@JasonJason2108 жыл бұрын
+technicaly brilliant A couple of things...check if they are legal in your country. I discovered, to my dismay, that it is illegal in my country! But I was looking at the $300 - $600 price range. purchmarketplace.com/fisher-f4-metal-detector?&ICID=ttr-cid|944|pid|54390|pos|

i was happy to pay £2000.00 .... lots of ancient wars here in kent (england ) - if you know your history ? like bodaseir for instance... all i know , if you detect here on private land you need permission.. once that's sorted.. well... who knows :O) - think your find most historic finds are here in england uk - kind regards . .
@JasonJason2108 жыл бұрын
You want something with multple simulataneous frequencies and intelligent target IDing and ground filtering. At that price range you're probably looking at an E-trac. With more expensive detectors you are sometimes paying for things like underwater ability and so son, which you may not want, so check first that you actually will use what you are paying for.

About the Nazi gold lake, "there is no oxygen bellow 20 metres". Correct me if I'm wrong, but so what if there is no oxygen. Human beings can't get oxygen from water, that's why we use scooba gear. Am I missing something here good sir?
@Ureklicious8 жыл бұрын
I get that it's hazardous but Jesus Christ, WTF does it have to do with there being no oxygen?
@CShade11888 жыл бұрын
There is still oxygen in water, like the ocean. Fish can "filter" this water, if you will, into oxygen for their bodies; that's what gills are used for. At around 20ft in that lake, barely anything survives except bacteria and some worms because there is no oxygen. I could be wrong, but when there is no dissolved oxygen in water, metals take the place of it and dissolve in the water, creating a toxicity that is hazardous. I'm not entirely sure, but I think that is why humans don't go down there. Either that, or the people that live near the lake believe the treasure to be cursed/haunted.

For the treasure pit (no. 3) Why don't people just dig 130 feet down next to the actual pit to avoid the traps and dig across when at that point?

Lol I see oak island every summer All I do when I'm bored is stare at the island and do nothing and plus the 90 foot stone is supposed to be in my hometown and the 90ft stone was also decode again and believed to say something about Shakespeare and sir Francis bacon and there is also a show about oak island called the curse of oak island Knights Templar could of buried treasure very religious artifacts like arc of the covenant holy grail etc I also believe it is the Knights Templar because the Mi'maqm (I don't know if I spelt that right) is almost the same as the Knights Templar battle flag the star and the moon are reversed also legend is that seven must die before the treasure can be found
