Great to see you do a video on lyme disease and co infections. Lyme disease, bartonella and babesia are the cause of my many symptoms. I was misdiagnosed for many years. Im still trying to get better. Please do more videos on tick born infections

I’m so sorry to hear what you’ve been through. I’m glad you know what’s going on now, but it’s true these conditions are poorly understood and not handled well even when they are diagnosed. I hope you’re on the road to recovery.

@@DrRuscioDC Thank you and please continue to do videos about tick borne illness. It is an issue that will only be getting more widespread due to the increasing numbers of infected ticks

Me too. Had a tick under my arm for 2 weeks at age 10 and wasn't diagnosed until 5 years ago at age 40. Bartonella was worse for me than the lyme or babesia, but I have all 3. Lyme tests need to be more accessible through primary care doctors and insurance. Lyme literate doctors cost thousands out of pocket. I work in mental health and I wish one of my clients could afford to get tested because he has many similar symptoms as I do.

Dr told me that I have a gene that would never show Lyme disease and it never shows up but said that I had MCTD and he stated that it was a garbage can diagnoses and I asked what was the best treatment and he said that I should live with it,symptoms are horrible but he gave me bunch of gaslighting and that was 18 years ago and I still get lymie and symptoms are not as bad as I am able to move my joints. I have pain and brain fog and I don’t sleep but 3 hours a night and I also get a few planters warts on both feet and I get small red raised bumps on my upper mouth lip . I have recently been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and I have Meniers because of that tick is the osteoporosis anyway related to Lyme disease and is Meniers and overnight hearing loss in one ear also related.Had a recent hemogorage and was hospitalized had precancerous polyp removed and my balance issues with spinning vertigo and they poo poo this fact because it’s the 3rd bout of anesthesia I have had in the month of May 2024. I am disgusted with this very large metropolitan teaching hospital because it sucks. Please excuse my spelling errors, I never had any spelling problems before I got Lyme disease and I feel bad.

I have lyme and MCAS. So far the only thing that has helped my symptoms is daily juicing. I am super sensitive to all supplements, including probiotics. Many times MCAS patients has this hypersensitivity. That's why this journey has been so difficult.

Keto may help. A lot of parasites live on carbs. Parasites live in communities. If one or two are weakened the rest can not stay. They have their friends an servants. This can begin with a lot of plant based remedies like black seed oil.

I was undiagnosed for 15 years (diagnosed 2 years ago) and doxycycline helped me immensely with several symptoms, but it seems like I'd have to take it continually, and I'm not sure that's healthy or sustainable. I don't know what to do, either. Haven't taken the doxy for 6 months now
@carl6153

The doxycycline made the pain go away for a couple weeks but then it came back again worse than ever and the dizziness is extreme with shortness of breath and mental brain fog so I’m going to try some herbal remedies and try some stronger medicine for parasites like ivermectin and medicine for malaria. IMHO doxycycline has to be used for a long time intravenous to be effective in the USA. Studies in Europe show it is effective orally but is not effective in USA orally. Not sure what is going on there but it’s definitely different across the pond. No sure how long I have been living with this crud but it’s been 10 months minimum and probably much longer. Right before the pandemic I had a virus that lasted for months before it became pneumonia. The first few rounds of antibiotics and steroids were not effective but eventually it subsided until I got vaxxed then I got extremely sick again. I can’t help but think that I was probably having symptoms of Lyme before the plandemic

I have no PC because he said that he can’t practice Real medicine and now he’s playing at being a Fake Plastic Surgeon and he has refused to fill my medication. I am screwed.hahaha I am not a joke and I have lost every ounce of respect for all doctors. I was a patient for 27 years. This is malpractice in my opinion.He knows that I am not lying.
