Thank you for sharing. I was a farmer in the 80's. 25 year old. Youngest of 6. I was the farmer who took care of the farm. All I wanted to do but mom didn't protect me and all I had invested. Didn't want to make it seem like I was getting more. It was my life. Everyone else chose what they wanted to do. Two sister forced a sale. Did I say it was in the mid 80's. We looked at every avenue trying to buy it. Couldn't make it work on paper. I had all of my equipment and cattle paid for. The hardest thing I had to do was walk away. My oldest was 4. We still talk about it. He already had 4 cows with babies. Take care of chet. However, whatever. Take care of him, please. Forty years later, it hurts as much today as it did thin.

Both of you are blessings to many as you both have made yourselves available to our Lord. Thank you for the gentle encouragement to look at my life through God's standards in His word, the bible. Your video brought to my mid James 3:17 "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle...".

I really like old Bible's, especially when there is writing. My grandma gave me all the family Bible's, and one goes back to the early 1800's. I really cherish these over anything else, because i know how important faith has been in their lives as well as mine. Thanks for your show of faith, so many people have fallen away, some ashamed to talk about Christ for fear of being mocked. G-d bless.

It is very important to have a will and burial arrangements and all those family things lined up for your children once you are gone. Makes it much easier for everyone. Nice discussion Amy and Dougo. Important discussion. You did great with this discussion and God and referencing the Bible. You are very good at this Amy!! Nice car ride today. Enjoyed it. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy. Every time Kamala Harris begs for five or ten bucks in an ad prior to watching my selected KZbin channel, I skip the ad after it’s mandatory 20-30 seconds of play time (punishment) then send Trump the amount that Harris is begging for. Too bad KZbinrs don’t have a choice of ads that gets played before their video. Ok, now that it’s off my chest, I’ll go watch Amy and Dougo.

I agree with Dougo. I told my wife that if she ever got footage of me dancing, she better hold onto that video or probably send it to the library of congress for official record keeping. On a side note, Dougo is looking sharp in that long sleeve black dress shirt. Not many guys can pull that off, much less going to the county fair during the summer.

You may to adjust the hinges not shave off the door. I had this issue and watched a KZbin video where realign the hinges by pulling the pin and repositioning/bending the parts of the hinge. It works great and no planing required.

Just a little information for you two. I don’t know how many times that door or any door in your house has been painted. Sometimes when the door gets harder to open and close, it’s either because of the humidity in the house has changed or the door has been painted, making it thicker and thicker each time which will make it stick when doors closed. Just something to think about when you check the adjustment of a door. Have a great day

We went to Vegas in 2022. My wife wanted to see Barry Manilow, so we went. They had a meet and greet backstage for anyone who wanted to meet him. I thought…hmm why not, until we found out it was $2000 to do that. Half went to charity and half went to him. The show wasn’t sold out so when we went in they put us in the front row. It was better than I thought it would be, but the meet and greet turned us off a little. Doug,I’m sure would have paid the $2000. 🤑

Bad idea planing the doors. Next thing you will notice is the unevenness of the door compared to the frame of the door and more changes will be required to make it appear square or even within the frame. Then you plane some more wood off to no avail. We bought a two story double brick home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My wife’s great uncle had planed some of the doors similar to what Dougo has done instead of addressing the real problem. We had professional’s check the levels of the door frame and flooring and made the necessary adjustments to bring back the floor and frame to level and square. Needless to a few doors had to be purchased.

RIP THE MINT OUT MRS. LARSON! Believe me! Mint spreads like wild fire. And it grows and spreads by shooting “runners” - NOT roots that grow downward. it’s will choke out that entire sun garden within a few season and it will be nearly impossible to remove it all because of how incessant it grows. And it WILL run toward the grass. You ALWAYS plant mint in a large container.
