We are not children we too must take action and be responsible with how we depose of our rubbish. I have seen grown men and women simply throw their rubbish on the ground as if someone should clean up after them. The government is responsible for removing rubbish container not picking up after us.

We must also have to KEEP it cleaned so that the people get used to it being that way. That’s the only way to get them to begin to clean up after themselves. They have to see it as a clean place in order to switch their minds from seeing it as a place where they can just use as a trash dump
