I LOVE the idea of a ( helping hand ) temp agency, a JOINING between SHELTERS & CHARITIES to create a service specifically for the homeless by THEM doing THEIR PART in helping OTHERS in need; a win wins situation because the homeless works for their OWN shoes etc and feels proud of HELPING them SELVES and OTHERS rather than simply feeling in CONSTANT NEED.

Does a person need to give money to be a philanthropist, or can they still be a philanthropist by giving people access to find the money?

Don't need to be rich to be kind, philanthropic. But sure, money helps.
