I had never been to church, only Sunday school and church when my public school choir would have a Christmas concert, as a kid I used to say "my skin burns from walking in the church" My fiance would go to church every Sunday and I'd sleep in and be having breakfast by time he'd leave, once I realized demons were really messing with me and that gregorian chant made them go away instantly i really started believing, a passion to know more exploded and I wanted to go to church, I wanted to constantly listen to videos about it I still am, this has been my last month and a half and I love it. I am completely clueless as to what you do in church so seeing people do everything exactly in order was a trip for me at first lol I was like "how do they know?" My fiance whisper back, "because we do this every week eventually you just know" I felt so obvious that I was new xD I got lost the first time I went up for a blessing because my fiance wasn't leading so I just wandered through the pews and found our spot again, another obvious moment that I am new here LOL 🤣 but I'm not embarrassed i feel like a kid tbh 😊❤️

This verse is talking about those who have claimed to have known Christ but never did because they never repented of their sins and start doing the will of God. God's will for us is simply to believe in Jesus and Obey his commandments. But yet like IFBBJacked states those who believe in onced save always saved will state that Obedience is a work. James in Chapter 2 Says I will show you my faith by what I do and in his conclusion his states that Faith with out works is dead. Now the works James is talking about is not work on the Mosaic Law but it's the works of show the fruits of the spirit. If you have faith but not love, you have a dead faith. Just start reading the NT and pray about it and verses like this will just start jumping off the page. Onced Saved Always Save Doctrine is indeed a dangerous doctrine to put your faith in. If you hate reading the Bible ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand before you read. Or if it’s the reading part, you can listen instead with Bible app. If we don’t put His Word in our hearts we are prone to being deceived and following our own way of loving people than His way to love people.

Interesting how God influences and protects us so that we can find a way back to him. I JUST saw the answer to this in another video, so, if someone you love leaves behind letters to you, will you not read them? That is the word of God, his guide and memoirs and guidance to find our way back to him!

If you love the Lord, you will want to know more about Him, you will only know more about Him by reading His word. If you don't want to know more about Him and talk to Him and learn more about him, you don't love Him. The enemy has placed that thought in your mind, that disobeying Him is okay, don't be fooled.
