Hey man. Used to work with you back in Canberra. Super proud of seeing you doing the things you love and wish you all the best in your continuing journey. The video is incredible and helps someone like me become more motivated to try and better myself. Keep it up!

hey man, enjoy your videos :) any tips on how to achieve the oap? like how much should ones 1rm on weighted pullups be and in what set and rep range would you train your weighted pullups to get to the oap? thanks!
@JacobCapablanca3 ай бұрын
Good question bro - there are multiple ways you can approach this depending on your current training history & method. For example, I first unlocked it unexpectedly whilst only training bodyweight with the intention to increase my reps for an endurance competition. My max pull up reps at the time (30+ strict) indicated I was quite comfortable with 2 hands, and therefore able to do so with 1.

How long should we take break in between sets?
@JacobCapablancaАй бұрын
This can vary between individuals based on lifestyle, physical and even mental factors. Personally, 90-120sec is the sweet spot for my compound movements, and 45-60sec for isolations. This helps me recover sufficiently between sets, maintain concentration in sessions and keeps my total workout duration feasible for my lifestyle.
