@ebonimom6964
@ebonimom6964 4 жыл бұрын
You are correct. Unless there is some sort of standardized test that would rate you. Like those "Strongly agree/Strongly disagree" assessments. If it's just off of resumes then it's a no. Plus, everyone lies or fluffs their resumes. Plus it doesnt take into consideration outside factors that may exemplify someone from a negative aspect that you dont want. Maybe lay offs... For example: My old boss that hired me at Bed Bath and Beyond back in 2017 got laid off after 1 year when the company essentially "got rid of the job titles" of about 80% of their salary managers. (It was brutal. We lost about 10 managers that day and I cried) she then went to Toys R Us and was hired as a salary manager. 4 months later she was laid off when the entire company shut down. Then, she went to Shop n Save as a salary manager. 4 months later, that also shut down and all stores were removed from the tri-state area. None of the times that she was let go from those stores was it her fault. She just so happen to catch those store when they were already struggling and in the process of closing but it was hidden from the public and the employees until the last minute. The algorithm could dismiss her if the employer is looking for someone who has seniority in a job. Her having 3 different jobs within a year wouldn't be a negative thing on her part per se. She is probably one of the best and hardworking managers I have ever seen and taught me everything that I know about customer service. A crappy app could overlook this over something she couldnt control. This is why human interaction is best for these types of things. Employers are missing out on ideal employees by using crap like this. No thank you. I run my own law firm now and I look over every app for every position. My maintenance men to sanitary technicians, I am the only person that reviews resumes and conducts interviews. For a little while, I had a third party doing it and they were sending me misses. My turnover rate shot up when I went through a third party service as well as I had 3 employees steal from me on 3 separate occasions. I discontinued use after a year of bad employees. Ever since I took over hiring again, I have really gotten some keepers.

When I was younger looking for jobs, I absolutely HATED sending CVs through into the black hole of the internet. The only way I ever got a job was by asking or knowing someone. This automated shit is ruining the world lol. And what can it possibly determine from a CV where people are trying to keep things concise and "professional"? It won't be able to determine someones personality type, motivation, demeanor, etc -- the only way is by interpreting the best you can and then having an interview with said person.
@PhazonBlaxor
@PhazonBlaxor 4 жыл бұрын
I agree with you that I wouldn't trust an algorithm to hire someone either today. However... Once AI technology advances enough, I could easily see Facebook or someone big who has data on hundreds of millions of people doing something like this. Once you have enough personal data about people, it's not all that hard for an algorithm to determine their personality traits, how trustworthy they might be, what passions they have and what they are good at. If anything, an AI could weed out the obvious bad matches for large companies. Smaller companies are probably going to be way better off by doing hiring simply by themselves in the future as well. In fact, this was one red flag for me about his pitch. He was asking like, what, 15 dollars per month from customers? Small companies won't be interested in this, it's the big ones, and there aren't that many of them in total. So this should be a premium product to begin with, aimed at large companies who get thousands of job applications every month.

The fact is that BTC symbolises the future of cryptocurrency, and traders are wondering if now is the best moment to trade, I feel you should examine the situation more closely before jumping to any conclusions. BTC's price has been fluctuating over the previous few days, signalling that the market has become unstable and that it is impossible to anticipate whether it will go bearish or bullish. Others are patient, while others continue to trade with no risk. It all depends on the pattern you're trading and the source of your signals; for instance, I get my signals from Eric Birger, my personal trade adviser, and I've acquired more than Ten BTC coins so far.
