I remember stocking the toy section and I would get so frustrated with receiving 10 boxes of the same crappy toys that didn't sell anywhere else. Lol. I have a service dog (not an ESA) and I completely agree that people have taken it too far. They don't train them, buy a vest with velcro patches on Amazon, and take them in public claiming they're a service animal. My dog has been attacked by fake "service dogs" 3 times. People assume they can just walk up and pet my dog because people let strangers pet their fakes. My dog helps me A LOT, but there are times that I just wish I didn't have to bring her with me because I worry about people bringing their untrained and unsocialized fakes, overwhelming me with trying to touch her, or even just employees harassing me thinking she's another fake.
