Oh dude I have a good work story about this! Our assistant manager is left in charge while the manager is gone, and she crossed a line recently. Made a threat to take money out of our pay checks, which is illegal in Canada, then I told our entire team to not listen because she can’t make those threats. Then the workplace snitch went and told the manager what I said to everyone, which I had planned when I said stuff in front of her, and now manager is scared that I’ll go over her head and get her in trouble for the threat because she realized she got caught. The managers are also younger and less experienced and I think they’re probably jealous of me a bit. I just don’t care enough to be management, it’s a suckers job. But, managers avoiding me and being super nice to me now :) haha, I still haven’t decided what I’m going to do…
