First of all I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dynamic and incredibly useful lesson. I've learned a ton of new phases that l can't wait to use them in my conversations. Here is my examples. 1-My plans for this summer are actually just up in the air l haven't decided where to travel. 2-l was a bit under the weather yesterday so l couldn't come to class so can you bring me up to speed? 3-The best way in which you can learn any language in the world is by immersoing yourself in that language it could be by listening to podcasts, watching movies and TV shows. That's a given. 4-Unfortunately everyone did pretty poorly on the exam yesterday so the professor decided to give us a do-over. 5-We haven been grappling with financial problems recently. 6-My colleague asked my take on putting off the meeting? 7-My depression stem from the gloomy weather during the Winter. 8-Your essay was a spot on! 9-A: I've been recently studying English by listening to podcasts. B: You're on the right track listening to podcasts can a blast. 9-Are we in a position to move to a new apartment? 10-I can't go on vacation to France this summer because l'm short on cash. If you want to get fit, you have to work out every day. That's a given. You need to take the inflation rate into account. We are grappling with the gas price. We have to get our heads down. We are short of time. My future plans are still up in the air. She brought me up to speed when I came back from vacation. His last words were a deal-breaker. My boss gave me a do-over. I really appreciated it. Learning how to drive is going to come in handy. Learning English is a breeze. The instruction was spot on.

4) To Stem from is a new expression for me. Absolute, a lot of health problems stem from poor diet and lack of exercise. Not improving English conversation could stem from lack of practice.
