Oh WOW.. This House is gorgeous.. It's a Beautiful Home You have shared with us... I'm Loving this bathroom., and the colors are they've chose for the wall.The whole house is absolutely Spectacular and Spacious.. Loving This House 🏠... Would not change anything about this house.. totally perfectly designed.The living Room is very inviting, relaxing and Comfortable...I'm loving the elongated window's through out the house, Looks very sleek and appealing.. I like the kitchen and dining room together like this., instead of the dining room being across from the kitchen closer to the living room..(not a fan of that,Plus too far to carry food from the kitchen to the table)..All of the bedrooms are good sizes and spacious enough to move around in...I love the Jack and Jill look between Two room's.All and All this Home is a 100%TopNotch.. Great size laundry Room and I like the side door opening inward and not outward....This house has a lot of extra closets.. perfect!!!!😀🌞🌻🌼🌼😊

Hello Timothy! It is a fairly nice house. I would make some changes of course. I'll just go by the floorplan. So even though you started with the living room, I'm going to start with the guest Bedrooms and Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. I have watched the video already, but will probably watch some of it again as a reminder as I'm typing. #1) Actually I'll start with the foyer. I'd have a coat closet built in that extra space to the left of the front door. #2) Now the Guest Bedrooms and Closets and Bathroom. I actually hate Jack 'n' Jill bathrooms! So it's just as well that I will be using the entire space for my rooms. I will combine both bedrooms and the bathroom, minus the closet to bedroom 2. (That closet will be added to the Pantry!) The two bedrooms and bathroom will be divided into my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, with the Music/Studio being enclosed by itself and soundproofed. The door will be put in a different spot and have only one door leading out to the hallway. There would be a soundproofed door leading into the Music Room from the Library. #3) The half bath would be rearranged so there's more room around the commode so you Don't hit the walls when you sit down on the commode! #4) I would take one of those closets in the Utility Room and open it up and put an Upright Freezer there! Out that back door we'd build a Garage with a Storage unit and build an even bigger Pantry and a pet shower too. The sink didn't look that deep in there, and hubby says he'd like a deep sink in the utility room, so we'd change to that option. #5) Now back to the Kitchen! The kitchen is pretty nice. But I'd cut the island down. With the kitchen table right there, we don't need places to sit at the island! Besides, I most usually use my wheelchair in the kitchen as it's easier for me to roll around to cook and clean than to try to walk a million steps! A big island would get in the way. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. The microwave would have to be moved to the countertop where the Lazy Susans are. By the way, I Love those two Lazy Susan's! I'm so short I can't reach the back of shelves like that, nor the microwave when it's above the cook stove; and I can't climb nor kneel. I keep having to holler for my husband! We don't really need a dishwasher either, so remove it and add in another cabinet or drawers. The Closet to that first guest bedroom would be added to the small Pantry, giving use a little more space. Might have to move the door to the foyer, but who cares as long as we have a bigger Pantry! #6) The Dining Room is very nice! There's a free wall where I can put Grandma's China Cabinet - a Must for me, and a deal breaker if there is no room! We'd build a deck/porch outside those sliding doors, enclose it too, with a fireplace of some kind and air conditioning so we could use it year round! #7) The Living Room is nice. But we'd add a fireplace in there. Wood-burning if possible, if not then a Gas Fireplace. I love that it's separate from the rest of the house, except for the Master Bedroom. We'd have Carpet in the Living Room. #8) The Master Bedroom is okay. We'd have Carpet in the bedroom. I wish the Closet was in the bedroom, but it's Not a deal breaker that it's not. The door to the Bathroom I would change to a Pocket Door. And the Vanity needs to be continued to the door of the Closet. That closet door needs to be changed to a Pocket Door too. The Shower needs a bench seat, which does not have to be built in, we can provide one. The Tub would have to be changed to a Handicapped Tub, maybe a tub/shower (have to think about that). There's no linen closet, so might make a space for one by removing the Shower shown. Anyway, the commode area must be redone. That wall would be removed, once a Pocket Door is installed in the closet the wall won't be needed anyway. I think I would then turn the commode facing the bathroom door, and move it down the wall toward the tub some. That way there would be enough room around the commode to sit on it without hitting the walls! #9) We'd build porches around as much of the house as possible, some enclosed and some just covered, but most enclosed. Good video Timothy. I think the price is a little high, but the house is fairly nice. Of course my changes would up the price too. I'd probably change the cabinet colors and the house colors too. I don't care for the lighter colors, but don't like them really dark like this one either! I know those changes are optional on most of the houses. Thanks for showing this place Timothy. Very nice! I like the floor plan but I’m not sure I like Master entry from living room. I have that now and it’s no privacy with older kids & their friends. But it’s a nice home. Timothy, my only thing that I’ve noticed with everyone’s tours is that the Modular homes never have a “Pot Filler” - why? I need that at the stove. 😂

Hi Timothy, Okay there were something's that I like about this Home. The Primary Bathroom is Huge, The Kitchen is nice, Didn't like the jack n Jill bathroom. The Laundry sink is Incredible, But where you put your Washer and Dryer to tucked away in the back wall. A different color exterior, Would have made a Difference, And no Front Porch, Still a great Video 📷📸

Absolutely hate the outside colors! Not a bad floor plan. Yet really bad to have cheap wire shelving in the closets. Don't like countertops, except for the island.

Talking about houses, I am meant to be painting one of my daughter's rooms right now but I am taking a break and watching your video instead.......Naughty me......I'd be happy in any one of the homes you show. I just can't watch that hparders show where people fill their homes with junk. That reall upsets me.
